Condominium community in Swampscott has full time position available for building custodian with light maintenance skills. Must be experienced in all phases of cleaning and have basic knowledge of maintenance duties. On site training will be provided. Shoveling of snow is required along with on call service every 3rd weekend. Paid holidays, vacation, health insurance and a retirement plan are available. Salary based on experience.
