We scoop dog poop - that's the tagline for our dog poop scooping company! At POOP 911 you'll get a company vehicle (2022 Kia Soul LX or similar) and make $50k per year. You'll be a salaried employee with allotted PTO and sick days. We work longer hours in March & April, but a typical week during the other 10 months is anywhere from 28-35 hours depending on how quickly you're working. If you work hard and get done early - the rest of the day is yours. $41k base $6k easy to meet bonuses (we make these very achievable) $3k in tri-annual bonuses (April 15, August 15, and December 15) no strings attached $2k SIGN-ON BONUS - paid out after 90 days of employment Do you like being outside? You must have: Reasonably clean driving record Reliable smart phone (Android or iOS) required for manager phone correspondence and email No physical limitations that would prevent you from prolonged physical activity; strong hands and back required Proper clothing is a must and a tolerance for MN weather; we work outdoors all year Experience working unsupervised, and have attention to detail Polite and friendly demeanor in person and on the phone with our customers A love for dogs During the summer, start time at first yard is between 7:00 and 8:00am. You may stop for a 30 minute lunch, but will be expected to promptly return to your route. Current routes are 5-8 hours each day Monday through Friday.
