Carpentry/Labor Help needed

Retired Contractor who removed his pool and cut back all but ten by forty feet of wrap around deck needs maybe two people to dig three sono tube holes, help re-frame new deck face, lug trashed material ( short distance ) to a dumpster and remake a 10x12 shed floor. I have heart trouble and the doctor says NO. lol. Depending on how we do, there's aprox. 400 ft. decking to put down also.
