A quarterly sound bath featuring Arcane Focus Pacific Ambient Waves (PAWS) is a quarterly gathering of like minds for peace, community, and celebration. Come join us as we soak in the spring sunset on May 22nd, 2022 at 8:00pm Arcane Focus is a collaboration between multi-instrumentalist Dustin Carpenter and vocalist Karen Dooley. Uniting warm analog modular synthesizers with ethereal vocals for waves of gentle ambience. Dustin has been producing and performing ambient sounds for over a decade across North America using a unique blend of synthesis, looping, and improvisation. Karen is a classically trained vocalist with experience in theater, stage, and studio. Conjuring melodies and angelic harmonies from pure air. Alberta Abbey is a nonprofit affordable arts center whose mission is to nurture the arts in NE Portland by providing affordable performance space to community members of all ages. We offer below-market workspace to artists and arts organizations, affordable event rental spaces, and signature programming that is responsive to the desires of our neighbors and the city’s arts community. $10
