Enjoy painting, cocktails/mocktails, and fun in support of Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington Join members of PPMW's Developing Leaders Program for a night of painting, cocktails/mocktails, and fun to support PPMW services at Hill Prince! We're excited to host this event in partnership with artist Stephanie Morse*, who will lead the group in painting Georgia O'Keefe's 1924 Red Canna painting. Light refreshments will be provided, but please bear in mind that the bar does not offer food so we encourage you to support local restaurants for dinner before or after attending this event! We'll have Hill Prince's back barn all to ourselves with a dedicated bartender! The price of the ticket includes one (1) drink ticket (cocktail or mocktail) and all necessary painting supplies. All profits will go to support PPMW and there will be additional ways to contribute to the fundraiser as well, namely a bake sale of Planned Parenthood and Georgia O'keefe inspired cookies donated by a local baker! She has been a Teaching Artist at CHAW since moving into the district in 2015 from Brooklyn. An artist in her own right, her work has been selected and featured in juried art shows across the country with the latest one in our very own Eastern Market. Stephanie is also actively involved in the local arts community by freelancing and advocating for accessible art opportunities. She is proud of her ongoing relationships formed with DC DOC, DCPS, and emerging artists throughout the DMV area.
