Join us on Thursday, May 12th as we paint to recognize the hardship, stress, anxiety, and loss we have endured during the pandemic. Stratford Public Schools in conjunction with a number of Stratford Community Partners, including Hearts of Hope, is hosting its Second Annual Day of Hope & Healing. This day has been created to recognize and honor the stress, anxiety, and loss we have endured during the pandemic. We honor this by designating a day of appreciation that specifically focuses on healing hearts and minds and instilling hope. Please join us and paint a Heart of Hope. We are a family friendly event! We are located on the third floor of Sterling House. There is plenty of parking, and an elevator to get you to the third floor. We humbly ask for a $7 donation for each heart you paint to offset the cost of the clay, paint, organza bags, and other items used to make your heart an amazing work of art. (2) Register here and we'll prepare your order for pick-up: on the night of our Paint with a Purpose, stop in and pick up your order any time between 6-8 pm. Mini kits include a ceramic heart to be painted and decorated. These come with all painting supplies and instructions and a card for your personal message of caring and compassion.
