Dunk of Dunk's Mushrooms, Chef Keith Wilson, and guest Chef Matthew Berry present: Dinner #8 of the Omnivore Series. Attention mushroom lovers, and meat lovers alike! We have something extra special for you. Chef Keith Wilson will be joined by Chef Matthew Berry, to prepare a 5 course, one of a kind meal for you. Friday May 13th Dunk’s Mushrooms in Brentwood NH will present Dinner number 8 of the Omnivore Series. A dinner series based on pairing mushrooms with a variety of meats. Chef Keith Wilson and guest Chef Matt Berry of Dahlia, will be serving a five course meal for 16 fungus fans in the harvesting room of a working mushroom farm with 4 VIP seats available at the chef's table located in the kitchen where all the magic happens. Chef's Table tickets also include an extra course. Do not miss this rare opportunity to sample Chefs Matt and Keith’s culinary collaboration. Both chefs have a passion for local and foraged food with years of experience creating flavorful and vibrant plates. Foraging season is just beginning here in New England with fiddleheads and wild ramps. Wild foraged ingredients will be paired with local proteins and fresh produce to present a fine dining experience unlike any other. During the dinner, Mushroom master Dunk will be available to chat and answer questions about mushroom and wild foraged ingredients. Order tickets quickly as they typically sell out in a day or so and there are limited seats available. Pack a cooler with your favorite beverages (adult or otherwise) and join us at 6 pm for food, fun and fungus. You might even make some new friends! Lions Mane coffee will be brewing. Doors open promptly at 6:00, as we convert our working farm, over to your dining room.
