PASCO COUNTY, FL — Pasco County Animal Services is seeking the public's help to find a person who threw a kitten out of an SUV on Little Road near Plathe Road. On Monday, Sept. 21 around 9 a.m., a witness viewed what appeared to be a man throwing a kitten out of a black SUV. The witness was not able to get the license plate number and there are no local businesses with surveillance equipment. The kitten is safe, has received veterinary care and is with a new adoptive family.
