Please join us for lunch and our monthly meeting, where Brian Lee will provide more information on appraisals and answer your questions. He has over 25 years of experience and a solid reputation in the real estate community to help you with your property valuation needs. He is also the host of “Behind the Lines,” a podcast with is meant to help real estate agents both see the “behind the curtain” of an appraiser’s mind and give helpful tips to agents to guide them in creating their CMAs and provide a more credible opinion of value for their clients. Brian provides real world examples of situations and issues seen in the daily valuation process, and talks through how agents can use the information to better understand those pesky appraisers.
