Join us September 17-18 for Living History encampments . Browse vendors and displays. Experience VT's largest gathering of military history! The Living History Expo is an all-ages Time Line event that features numerous vendors, reenactment encampments, static displays and live demos. The Expo is an outdoor event. Participants will include reenactment groups from across the eastern US representing units and groups from ancient & medieval times, the French & Indian War, the American Revolution, the War of 1812, the American Civil War, World War I and II as well as a number of conflicts since. The Expo welcomes vendors, military and civilian reenactment groups, historic vehicle owners, veteran groups and everyone interested in the history of Vermont, The US and the world thru the ages. Interested parties should reach out via email. This event is kid-friendly, so bring the whole family for a hands-on way to learn about history. Kids under 6 are Free! The Living History Expo is produced by Vermont Gatherings, Vermont's premier producer of local festivals including the Renaissance Faire, the Winter Renaissance Faire, the Steampunk Expo, the Sci-Fi & Fantasy Expo.
