Small vinyl siding job

Description

The ceiling on my back patio is vinyl and wasn't secured very well by the original builder. About six panels were bowing every time the wind blew and eventually fell out. I was able to (temporarily) tack them back up to close the attic, but I need a handyman with vinyl experience to come in and secure them properly. It took me and my wife about an hour to tack them up (and I'm no handyman) so I'm guessing someone could probably do it right in about the same amount of time. The pic is of the panels before they fell, when they were bowed out.
