Join TEL HI Neighborhood Center in celebrating STEAM & unveiling our new children's Makerspace! Activities for kiddos ages 3-16. We're excited to share something that we've been working on for a little while behind the scenes: TEL HI is opening a Children's Makerspace! The Makerspace is a dedicated area where students can tinker, build, create whatever they dream up. To unveil the space (and ask for your help in decorating it!), we're having S.T.E.A.M. Day 2022 at TEL HI. Students, families and our neighbors are invited to check out the new space, build exciting projects with the Bay Area Discovery Museum's Try-it-Truck, visit our garden to celebrate Spring, and meet unusual bugs & critters with Tree Frog Treks. We'll have snacks, music and lots of ways to get engaged in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math). We'll have tacos, build-your-own fruit kebabs, music, and fun for the whole family.
