We are a rapidly growing Commercial Concrete Company seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher. We value the character and attitude of a person more than his skill sets. We are looking for a person that has a solid work ethic and knows the difference between quality craftsmanship and sloppy work. Qualifications and Skills: • Finishers are in charge of finishing surface areas made from poured concrete using various hand and power tools. Usual work activities include cutting expansion joints, drilling voids, repairing concrete surfaces, finishing surfaces to ensure great looks and prevent slipping, and using stone chips to decorate floors, sidewalks, and roads. Leadman must have an understanding of all documentation including plans, blueprints, T&M sheets, and dailies. • Possess a sound knowledge of the properties of concrete and understand the various types of mixes and how these mixes affect the strengths and curing times and inspect for cracks and imperfection. SALARY/BENEFITS: $35.00 -$40.00pre hr. subject to negotiation and mutual agreement. Medical Benefits provided for employee after 60 days. Paid Vacation/Personal Days. 401 K
