Pool/Pond/Fountain/Lake Maintenance Technician We are looking for experienced full time employee(s) to join our growing company. We are an “essential services” water company. Relevant Pool, Pond, Fountain and Lake Experience is preferred, but not required (will train the right person). Landscaper’s with QAL/QAC License any category strongly encouraged to apply (not a requirement). Responsible for performing the maintenance and management of Pools, Ponds, Fountains, and Lakes throughout the North Bay Area. This includes general Pool, Pond, Fountain and Lake Maintenance duties such as cleaning, filter maintenance, vacuuming, netting debris, treating water with correct chemicals, water testing, and caring for aquatic systems, etc. Diagnose and treat for algae, aquatic weeds, and any other unwanted vegetation and water quality issues. What we’re looking for in our next technician: * Good communication skills, able to have conversations with customers. * Be able to follow a schedule/route * Prompt and detail oriented. * After training, ability to perform duties with minimal direction and/or oversight. * Self-starter and be able to take initiative, work well individually and as a team. Position Requirements: * Valid Driver’s License, Clean DMV driving record, must be insurable on our company insurance. * Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing 50 lbs. or more. * Applicant must be able to pass a background and drug test. * Applicant must be well-groomed, neat, and clean and must maintain a professional appearance, work shirts provided. * Applicant must be energetic, trustworthy, prompt, detailed, organized, responsible, and have a pleasant and positive attitude.
