3 Dogs spotted near Powers and Woodmen

Three dogs (blue heeler, gray yorkie/terrier, and yellow lab/golden mix) were spotted on Powers near the East Woodmen exit around 1am. We were able to get the blue heeler but the other two were not letting us get near them. We were able to get them away from Powers and they went East
