This course is a gentle intro to Tai Chi, where you will learn foundational tai chi moves and a short Chen Style Taijiquan routine. To officially register for these classes, please complete the following steps: 1. Sign our Universal Chan Waiver: https://app.hellosign.com/s/Is7L3vLp 2. Upload your COVID-19 Vaccine Record here: tinyurl.com/vaccinecardupload 3. Checkout a ticket here on Eventbrite for each section you will be attending (there are THREE sections. You may participate in all three sections or as many/few as you like). You may also drop-in for a class(es) instead of signing up for the whole section. In that case, please complete Steps 1 and 2 above and make your minimum donation requirement of $15 in cash or check upon entering the Zen Center. When you sign up, you are signing up to commit to taking all 3 classes in the section. There are 3 classes in this section. Class is on Fridays from 5pm-6:30pm. Section 4 Dates: May 6, 20, 27 This course is a gentle introduction to Tai Chi. You will learn: - foundational Tai Chi moves and a short Chen Style Taijiquan routine This course is suitable for: - beginners to Tai Chi (no prior experience is required); - intermediate Tai Chi students who are exploring ways to transform their practice; INSTRUCTOR Yan Li, PhD, is a Master Instructor of Taijiquan certified through American Chen Taiji Society. She has over a decade’s experience teaching Tai Chi and holds gold medals from regional martial art tournaments.
