In person CES class: Scripts and Objection Handlers Our goal is to provide Scripts and Objection Handlers that agents can practice and make their own. Giving agents the tools to speak with confidence and keep control of any conversation between agent/client and receive any objections and handle with ease. This will allow agents the opportunity to gain the answers that they are looking for from any client in turn gaining business others would not be able to tie down. Objectives: Review scripts to handle seller topics and objections such as Expireds, FSBO’s, Listing Presentation, Pricing, Commission Cutting, Price Reductions, etc. Model and practice speaking with confidence. Gain a clear understanding for why we need to practice.
