If you have recently stayed at the Motel 6, downtown location on Needham, or have previously worked there, and had a bad experience, please contact me.
I am helping someone, who was a guest at Motel 6, and victim of theft. The housekeeper and her husband stole almost $2k worth of items, one irreplaceable, from this guest.
Researching this, I discovered that the housekeeper had posted the private information of several guests, publicly, on her Facebook page, with photos and identifying information about the guests. She also posted private information pertaining to the guests being on disability, part of a homeless voucher program, and staying at the hotel as a COVID patient.
Several employees of the hotel, including her supervisor, were commenting on her post, in support of this egregious behavior. Additionally, the housekeeper was seen on camera, stealing food and drinks, from the room room of the guest that she had just robbed, sharing them with other employees, who knew where the items came from.
Corporate and the franchise owner are aware of this matter, and have made no attempt to resolve it, beyond having the posts removed from Facebook. The actions of the employees, as a whole, response from management and the owner, lead me to believe that this was not an isolated incident, but an ongoing problem.
