Looking to hire a maintenance worker / handyman. Must have knowledge in doing minor repairs to residential properties inside and outside which may include but not limited to: replacing broken glass in windows, replacing window slides replacing window locks door locks minor plumbing repairs minor electrical repairs drywall installation, finishing, repairs light bulb replacement a/c filter replacement minor concrete repairs or patches painting pressure cleaning Must have reliable transportation Must be legal to work in the US Job is a Full Time Position Monday - Friday and possible emergency calls nights and weekends 7:00am - 3:30pm
