In search of part time awesome person to join our team and conduct cleaning of our two commercial event spaces on Monday and Tuesday of each week. Position also requires setting of the floor plan of tables and chairs in those spaces after cleaning and occasional organization of inventory that is used. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. - 1 space is 3000' sqft - Second space is 1200 sqft Light maintenance knowledge a plus. -changing light bulbs -touch up painting -adjusting ceiling tiles -watering plants - scheduled light gardening, put down seasonal mulch We are an event company. Cleaning and maintenance will average 20-30 hours a week. If you would like additional hours, they would be available also, assisting us with off site event set up of equipment for outside events. (Chairs, arches) or by evening cleaning on Friday and Saturday nights, 11pm-1am. Email if interested. $14 an hour.
