Hello, I ripped out the walls and ceiling of my single story home in Elk Grove. This is the house where I live. Most of the walls were reinstalled, new drywall, and then the contractor quit. Part of the work is to put in new electrical connections for lights, either in the ceiling or track lights or something similar. Some kind of lights where the power for the light is in the ceiling. Also put in new phone and Ethernet connections in each room. (Hard wired internet.) Also put in a new hub for the Ethernet on a wall in the living room. Some of this work is done. You do not have to be a licensed electrician but you do have to sign an indemnification and release of liability. And be experienced and have references. Must be sober, not stoned or high, show up on time regularly, and communicate with me well. The electrical plan for the lights is not yet complete. Separately I am looking for an experienced and reliable, honest drywall installer. If you are that too then I could hire you for both. Otherwise there will also be a drywall contractor and you will coordinate with him and with me.
