Jam only - here or there

Lookin to get into jam band style stuff as a bassist. I been in music/bands since 17 yrs and I'm in my late 40s now. Very skilled and talented muulti-instrumentalist, (major rock instruments plus oddities). Allways-only original stuff. Never achieved more than local acclaim for various reasons unrelated to music, (not here in SWFL, but in other places). Love playin and writing music. I've always done very... formulated, arranged stuff. Written some great material. My desire is leading me off this beaten path and I find myself wanting to just "jam it out" more and more. My first instrument was the bass so that's where I'm coming from.... "Experienced bass player seeking to join an existing or forming jam band or project." Let's go from there. Not looking to replace my current gig, just.... let's see. >:D
