The Core Community presents the Self-Love Sesh hosted by Fuel Cycling & Boxing Strong- Partnering with Dear.Alma.Humana & Food Ease Co. The Core Community is a women's empowerment group that focuses on putting your mental health first, moving your body and connecting to yourself and those around you. We collaborate with all things health and wellness to provide a space for you to experience new and fun ways to move your body. Try something new with an amazing group of women, who are all truly stronger together! This is an event and a community you're going to want to be apart of. This event will consist of a glow in the dark workout party! We will start with a 30min Fuel Cycling experience lead by Molly Kennedy & Nikki Lee, transition into 30mins of boxing cardio with Boxing Strong, where you will feel strong & empowered! Consuelo Gomez Tovar with Dear.Alma.Humana will relax and restore our bodies with 30mins of restorative yoga. RD Emily Edelson with Food Ease Nutrition will educate us on fueling our bodies and signs to look for when we aren't nourishing our bodies enough. Afterwards we will have a well deserved after-party where you will be able shop and connect with all the amazing local women!
