The importance of Pranayama (yogic breathing)
Proper alignment and posture
Mindfulnesss
How to guide your breathe throughout your body
How to use Mantras in tandem with your breathe
Breathing exercises specific to your Dosha
We’ll end the session with a guided mediation. You’ll also take home Nasya Oil (Nose oil for breathing and lubrication) and body balm to use with your breathing practice
