Enjoy the Tastes of 18 Delicious Downtown Restaurants! Wednesday June 1, 2022 5:30 -8:30 Eighteen downtown restaurants will open their doors and provide samples of their cuisine to everyone presenting a passport. The participating restaurants offer a truly diverse cuisine from all over the world. Each restaurant will provide a portion of one of their signature menu items that showcases the highlights of their restaurant cuisine. Funds for this event supports the Common Roots Farm, it’s youth and young adults of all abilities and projects in the Garden Classroom, Seed To Salad Garden and throughout the farm at 301 Golf Club Drive in Santa Cruz. Baseball for All Abilities Lions Club Team Lions International Peace Poster Contest for Youth, California Lions Student Speakers Contest, Hunger Initiatives and Holiday Toy Drive. The event also benefits the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority at UCSC, a women’s organization thriving on tradition, leadership, academics and friendship. Proceeds to benefit mental health.
