MILWAUKEE, WI — A missing 23-year-old mother from Milwaukee was found dead in St. Francis after a 10-day search, the Milwaukee Police Department announced. Emily Rogers' body was found in the city south of Milwaukee on Thursday afternoon, Milwaukee police said in a statement. The investigation remains open and multiple people involved were arrested, police added. An autopsy will be performed on Rogers' body Friday, the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office said on Friday. Rogers was reported missing on April 26 from the 2500 block of W. Becher Street, The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported. Rogers' family was heartbroken to lose their daughter, but happy to find closure after locating her body, father Terry Rogers told TMJ4.
