This is a 6-week class series to learn about healthy eating in a hands-on learning setting. Location: Seventh Day Adventist Church, Wauchula The classes are held at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Wauchula, FL. Each lesson is taught live, in-person, and lasts one hour. Learn how to enjoy healthy food choices that taste great, eat healthy on a budget, and make healthy eating and physical activity part of your lifestyle. After each class, attendees will receive a $10 food voucher to be used onsite at the mobile produce vendor in exchange for $10 worth of produce.
