Join us as we work to raise awareness on women's mental health with panel discussions, mental health resources, food, and giveaways. On Saturday, May 21st The City of St. Cloud will be having a Women’s Empowerment Circle at Hopkins Park from 11-2pm honoring Mental Health Awareness Month. Women are the pillars of our community and yet too often their mental health is overlooked and/or not discussed. The Women's Empowerment Circle was created as a safe space for participants to feel comfortable opening up and discussing their mental health, daily stressors and hopefully remove some of the stigma. Join us for an afternoon of conversation, food, resources, learning and fun as women come together to support other women.
