Here are the top three stories today in Burlington: The Burlington Police Department responded to a Green Mountain Transit bus stop after calls were made about a large fight occurring. The fight between two individuals drew a crowd of at least 20 people. The department is searching for one of the fighters and is conducting an investigation into how the incident began. (WPTZ)Vermont's at-home methadone-dispensing program has been given $1.2 million in federal funds. The program will reportedly treat 400 people across the state using the devices. The state's program is said to be the national standard and reportedly saves lives. (WCAX)Charges against a Burlington man accused of assaulting and threatening a construction flagger have been dropped. Matthew Kaigle, 33, will not receive a formal sentence after serving more than seven months in custody during the litigation process. A forensic psychologist found that Kaigle was not competent to stand trial for the charges.
