The powder coat department job responsibilities include hanging, packing, washing, and powder coating various metal parts. The general labor positions will consist of light assembly, hand grinding small metal parts, scissor fabric cutting, and many other miscellaneous duties. We are looking for someone that is self motivated, willing to work in a fast paced atmosphere, and is able to stay on task with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess a good attention to detail and maintain a clean, orderly and safe work environment. We have excellent company-paid health coverage for both employees and dependents after a 60-day probationary period. We also have an IRA retirement program with a 3% company match and competitive days off for holidays, personal days, and vacations.
