Looking for handy man maintenance guy

I'm looking for a maintenance guy to work on projects around my house and business regularly on the west side of El Paso. Some examples of work would include: * Painting * Replacing air filters * Repairing walls * Some landscaping duties (adjusting sprinklers, repairing rock walls, etc.) * Some mechanical tasks like changing oil and following maintenance schedules on motorcycles, pressure washers, etc.) For the time being there would likely be about 3-5 hours worth of work per week and the hours are flexible. This job would best suit someone that has had construction experience and some mechanical experience. Preferably someone that has tools and a truck in case something needs to be hauled off.
