LIVERMORE, CA — A Tri-Valley winery has announced a ban on underage visitors, and some area-parents don't like it, NBC Bay Area News reports.
Concannon Vineyard in Livermore announced in an email to members that won't allow guests aged under 21 on weekends, the report said.
The move goes into effect May 14.
"As a mom with kids, that's just somewhere that's not gonna be on my list of wineries anymore," Jeanna Schnurbusch, a Livermore resident who told the television station.
"Because the wineries that I favorite, that I go to a lot, are the ones that I can take the kids and picnic and enjoy the atmosphere as well as the wine," she explained.
