REMOTE BOOKKEEPER LOOKING FOR NEW CLIENTS
· Accounts receivable (AIA Requisitions) and Accounts payable.
· Proficient in all aspects of QuickBooks.
· Payroll experience with ADP.
· Experience with financial reports: Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss statements and other financial reports.
· Experience with Journal entries.
· Great phone, interpersonal skills, and customer service.
· Experience with Microsoft Programs Word and Excel.
· Basic knowledge of processing Forms W9/1099.
· Comfortable working with your outside CPA Firm.
· Notary Public
