CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court. Jessica Kierstead, 36, a homeless woman now located in Franklin, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused by police of retaining a check from a man's Franklin Savings Bank account that she knew was probably stolen on Jan. 21 in Franklin. The charge was a felony due to two prior theft convictions. Leland Michael Leclerc, 31, of Hill Road in Franklin on a felony convicted felons charge. He was accused of stating he had not been convicted of a felony (second-degree assault charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2018) on an ATF firearm purchase application on Aug. 2, 2020, in Franklin. Kristin M. Marabella-Locke, 44, of Village Street in Penacook on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on July 17, 2021, in Pembroke. Robert Matteson, 29, of Green Avenue in Jewett City, Connecticut, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of holding a knife up to a woman on Sept. 18, 2020, in Pembroke. Tyler Matthews, 22, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of driving in a dangerous manner, in excess of 65 mph in a 30 mph zone, on Jan. 18 in Concord and of driving in a dangerous manner, putting officers in danger, on Jan. 18 in Bow and Jan. 19 in Hooksett. Read more about this case here: Concord Man Accused Of Driving At, Crashing Into Police Cruiser Kelsey Shea McCarthy, 31, of Pittsfield Road in Loudon on a felony forgery charge, was accused of uttering a check on the account of The Organic Pear at Bank of New Hampshire in Concord for $491.50. Kevin Donald McFetridge Jr., 20, of Blackhall Road in Epsom on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Dancesteps Etc. in Epsom on Jan. 17 and stealing money. Stuart McKenzie, 35, of Spring Street in Franklin on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, and motor vehicles; penalties charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug as well as brass knuckles and driving on Central Street in Franklin on Jan. 22 after being deemed a habitual offender. Tyler Morin, 36, of Union Road in Northfield on felon in possession and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and a switchblade knife on Jan. 7 in Franklin. Travis Patten, 30, of East Bow Street in Franklin on two felony sale of narcotic drugs charges, fentanyl and tramadol, on Jan. 4 and Jan.7 on West Bow Street in Franklin. He was previously convicted of drug possession in Belknap County Superior Court in September 2018. Kane Peverly, 37, of Corn Hill Road in Webster on a felony criminal restraint charge. He was accused of locking a girl in an unheated basement, without proper clothing or bedding, on Oct. 14, 2021, in Webster. Rebecca Peverly, 34, of Corn Hill Road in Webster on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. She was accused of telling the child to withhold information saying "you are a little tattletale" or words to that effect while kicking the child in the legs on Oct. 18, 2021, in Webster.
