Family owned apartment complex looking for a reliable maintenance man/handy man/ general contractor. Part time work Monday-Friday 9-5pm and some weekends, will work with your schedule *Must be licensed and insured* Job Duties: General Maintenance (will vary) Flooring Installation Apartment Painting Replaceing Light Fixtures Replacing Cabinet Hardware General Plumbing - snaking drains Troubleshooting Will work closely with manager and when needed call in proper contractors for plumbing, electricity and other more intensive jobs
