WEYMOUTH, MA — Weymouth had 43 cases of confirmed coronavirus, according to the Massachusetts Department of Health, on Tuesday. Weymouth officials said these represent only confirmed cases, and do not likely represent the actual number of coronavirus infecions in town.
Residents are encouraged to practice exemplary hygiene habits and practice social distancing to help prevent the spread of the virus in town.
As of Tuesday, all town offices remain closes and all personal services in town that do not allow for a social distance of at least six feet are prohibited, through the town's emergency public health order.
