MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MN — Mendota Heights residents can donate their old sports and athletic gear from May 16-31 at City Hall, the city said. Mendota Heights said it is partnering with non-profit United Heroes League to collect the equipment for military families in need. The non-profit aims to keep military kids active and healthy while their parents serve the country, according to the city.
