LAKEVILLE, MN — An Amazon Fresh grocery store soon could be coming to Lakeville. The Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal reported that the plans for a grocery store at the Lakeville Crossing shopping center are similar to the Amazon Fresh grocery stores that opened in other parts of the country. The grocery store would take up about 42,000 square feet in a new building being planned at the shopping center. Amazon Fresh is also rumored to be the new "mystery tenant" for projects in Burnsville and Eagan. Amazon Fresh stores do employ cashiers.
