Description
We are seeking a customer service-oriented individual with extensive Front Desk/Admin experience to become a part of our dynamic team!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Greeting and welcoming patients as soon as they arrive
Answering, screening, and routing calls to appropriate staff and taking messages.
Scheduling and confirming appointments; maintaining physicians’ schedules
Registering new patients, updating personal and financial information on established patients
Verify eligibility and insurance participation
Responsible for the proper collections of copays and service fees; end of day closing
Liaison between front and back office
Fax/File/Scan/and Email
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
Track office supply inventory
Perform other administrative duties as needed
About you:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar roleProfessional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service driven mindset
Requirements:
- Must have High School Diploma / College Degree is a plus.
- Must have two years of administrative experience / Experience in Dermatology office is a plus
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer drive with a friendly attitude
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
