From Anchorage Chamber of Commerce : May 5, 2022 Visit Anchorage hosts a new event on May 11 to help Alaskans plan their summer adventures. The Stay & Play Trade Show connects residents with nearly 70 local travel and adventure companies to discover what's new and help plan your fun in the months ahead. Explore on your own, or make plans with visiting friends and family — enjoy new outdoor experiences and see a different side of the city. The Stay & Play Trade Show is free to attend. Many companies will bring their products and services into the Dena'ina Center for the afternoon, with opportunities to check out new camper vans, hop aboard a trolley, meet sled dog puppies from a local kennel, and sample free coffee and nonalcoholic drinks. Companies will be offering special discounts for Alaskans and there will be a number of prize package drawings as well.
