Need someone to level some dirt/rock

I installed a metal building and need a section of rocky soil leveled out. It is a section approx. 4x18 and need soil removed from 1” to 12”. If doing it by hand it will be labor intensive since there are rocks in the dirt. I am ok if you want to hand dig, bring your own backhoe or 10 friends, the pay is the same. $200 upon completing the job. I do have shovels, picks, rakes, etc. Backhoe would be best and quickest but up to you. Located in Schuylkill Haven behind Renningers market
