Lapstone LLC is a rapidly growing development firm located in Fishtown. We primarily focus on large rehabs for single-family and multi-family applications. We are looking to hire laborers and foremen to expand our crews. We manage all aspects of construction from the pre-construction process to final delivery.
The ideal candidate would have 2-5 years working for a construction company or general contracting company. More importantly, this candidate would be well versed in a variety of construction such as drywall work, tile work, finish carpentry, flooring, exterior applications etc. Considering we manage all aspects of the project, it is ideal that our workforce be multi-talented as well.
