Established Skagit County homebuilder is seeking a Customer Service Technician for various projects in Skagit County. This position creates a positive client outlook on the company’s products and customer service. This is a front line position with direct contact with home owners on a daily basis. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. - Ability to work cohesively with the Customer Service Field Manager and maintain constructive relationships with the vendor pool - Expedite the repair process while coordinating some vendors and other resources - Perform a wide range of repairs on various components of residential homes Requirements: - Customer friendly personality and able to represent the company is a positive helpful way - 2 year’s residential construction experience with customer interaction. Warranty experience is preferred - Strong Oral and written communication skills -Ability to meet work order completion deadlines - Highly organized and the ability to schedule and manage multiple projects at one time -Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction practices - Ability to perform light carpentry, drywall and painting in a proficient manner - Ability to perform manual labor tasks at times with the ability to lift 75lbs -Ability to work independently as well as with a team - Strong attention to detail -Reliable transportation and basic tools are required We are a drug free work place and offer a competitive compensation package with wage DOE. -
