McDougall & Sons, Inc. has an opening for a fruit packing line Sanitation Supervisor on the Night Shift. Qualifications: Must be able to: lift/carry 60 lbs., handle and understand the proper use of chemicals, walk or stand up to12 hours, able to twist, bend, reach, grab, push and pull with arms, fingers and hands, climb, and kneel, able to work with arms above shoulders. Understand how to operate floor scrubbers, portable steamers (propane), and backpack vacuums. Must be able to work in wet conditions, able to work 8 to 12 hours a day, up to 7 days a week. Must be a team player, and give guidance and structure to your team, be reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Must be able to read and write in English, and turn in required documents in a timely fashion. Will be responsible for monitoring sanitation crew’s attendance and be in charge of hiring sanitation employees. Must be willing to supervise all sanitation duties, and jump in when needed. Must have the ability to work from hot to cold temperatures, have mobility in a warehouse environment including climbing, moving over and throughout catwalks, etc. We will train on how to use a ATP tester. Must be willing to be forklift certified and Lock-out/Tag-out certified. Bi-lingual is a plus. Candidate must comply with Company policies and safety guidelines including using the following PPE’s where appropriate: Safety glasses, face shield, bump cap, hair restraints, gloves, safety reflective vest.
