Lost Cat in Ballard

8th Ave NW near 50th St, Seattle WA

Description

Young cat still missing in SE Ballard around 50th & 8th NW. Female, 10 months old, indoor cat, got outside late night. Named "Squirrel" because she has similar coloring and/or the color of a mountain lion, with an orange tinge around the muzzle and a white chest and paws. ***She has a very few stripes but most of them are faint. Green eyes. She is a rescue cat, along with her sister who cries for her. So she is still wary of humans but loves food and will come close for those gravy treats you squeeze out of the packet. (Also may respond to a metal spoon banging against a can while whistling four notes.) She is chipped. Been missing since Sat, April 9th, a trap has been set but she has not been seen. The animal shelter has been checked regularly. If you see her or helped her in anyway, please help her come home to her sister-cat and family. Thanks!
