Cleaner/painter needed to prepare vacant properties to be ready for new residents and to clean multiple Airbnb's, as well as track/coordinate the schedules for both departments. Properties are located around the state and are primarily in Linn, Lane, Coos and Douglas Counties so some travel is required. Must be detail oriented, have a driver’s license and clean record, and be able to perform physical labor, Including lifting at least 50 lbs., standing and walking on uneven surfaces, and using cleaning and painting products In a safe and effective manner. Applicant must be able to manage one’s own time without a lot of oversite. This position includes weekends and holidays. Airbnb's may require cleaning on any day. Out of town work will require some overnight stays. This position can set their own work hours, so long as units are ready at the expected time. A Normal work week is 32-40 hours. This position includes janitorial cleaning of two office buildings, exterior clean ups at three apartment complexes (knock down cobwebs, sweep walk ways, clean up dumpster areas, etc.), cleaning/painting apartments and houses as needed to prepare for new tenants, and cleaning Airbnb's between guests, including washing all bedding, towels, etc. Starting wage is $16/hour. A company vehicle is provided (or a premium if you use your own). We pay your health insurance premium (up to $350/mo). 80 hours PTO is available per year, plus six paid holidays.
