Press release from the Town of Weymouth: December 23, 2020 Mayor Hedlund has announced that Weymouth town offices (excluding emergency services) will be closed on Thursday, December 24, 2020 (Christmas Eve) and Friday, December 25, 2020 (Christmas Day.) All town offices will re-open on Monday, December 28, 2020 at normal business hours. While town offices have traditionally been open for a half-day on Christmas Eve, this year offices will be closed in conformity with Christmas Eve being designated a Federal holiday by President Trump. "We hope these few additional hours are used to safely enjoy the Christmas spirit and reflect on our blessings after what has been a difficult year for many," said Mayor Hedlund.
