Guitarist looking for others for jam band. Lately I’ve been trying to learn bluegrass, in the past I’ve played psychedelic rock, studied jazz in college, and was an orchestra musician as a kid (clarinet). Trying to find others who also love the Dead and want to play something in that vein while not just being a cover band. Would prefer to get some original tunes together. But we can start with covers. Mostly hoping to find a keys player, or just to connect with anyone who likes to play americana-influenced improvisational music with a strong musical interaction component. I think I have another guitarist and a drummer (and maybe also a bassist) lined up. But you’re welcome to get in touch anyway if you just want to play or if you’re in need of a guitar player for another project. Would be cool if you sent playing samples.
