Company Overview: We are a full service maintenance sweeping company with 48+ years in business. Our work consists of overnight parking lot sweeping of retail shopping centers and malls throughout the Denver Metro area. We are seeking drivers to operate one of our late model fleet of parking lot sweepers in Arvada, CO. Driver Requirements: Valid driver's license * Valid DOT medical card is a plus but not required* Good driving record (no dui's or sr22) * Mechanical ability will help * Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally * Ability to follow directions and read maps * Ability to work flexible night & week-end shifts * Complete tasks as required by management Essential Position Functions & Responsibilities Include: *Perform the safe operation of a parking lot sweeper *back pack blow out debris *Hand pick with picker *change can liners* Perform minor mechanical checks of trucks & equipment * Perform all other duties as assigned. ***60% of night is out of truck using a back pack blower, 40% of night is actually operating the sweeper truck**this is not just another driving job*** Full Time Benefits: Competitive Wage Full time 40 Hours of vacation after 1 year, 80 hours after 2 years 48 hours per year of sick pay Paid holidays Medical Insurance (Employer pays 70%) Starts at 60 day mark Four 10 +/- hour shifts Mandatory over time may be required (3 days off in a row) **If needed can do five 8 hour shifts** Must pass pre-employment & random drug tests Must have a MVR to interview We are an equal opportunity employer.
