Forming Gigging Indie Rock/Alt Rock Band

ISO serious members for a indie/alt rock band. We plan to regularly gig, gain a following, finish writing a concept album, and professionally record. In the band's short time at Virginia Tech, we quickly gained a following and within 6 months opened up for the Districts and Matt & Kim. I play guitar and sing. We still need (at minimum) another guitarist, and a drummer. It would be nice to have at least one more vocalist since harmonies are the best thing since sliced bread and a multi-instrumentalist who could play a little keys too. I have a rehearsal space in the Berkeley area. I want members who want to co-write, record (professionally), and perform, ideally in their 20s. I am looking for innovators and good people to have fun with the process but also challenge each other with open discussion to spur creativity. The album is over halfway done with demos and there are many ideas/demos for an EP, but I want it to be a collaborative effort and am open to making changes. I would also appreciate help with lyric writing and thinking through the overarching story in the concept album. Here is a demo we recorded.
